Shipping and Handling Policy
We process and ship orders the same day when the order is placed before 1PM Central Monday thru Friday. Occasionally an item may be out of stock and will be shipped within 3 business days. Any exceptions to this will be reported to the purchaser. We will not charge the credit card until the item is shipped.
The default shipping method is Ground by a carrier of our choice. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge. The options are available at checkout. Some of our product offerings can be oversized or overweight for regular shipping and may require additional shipping or freight costs. We will notify you in advance if there will be any additional shipping charges.
You must inspect your shipment carefully before accepting the shipment. Shipping damage claims must be made with the shipping service directly. If the package arrives in good condition, but you find the product inside has been damaged (considered concealed damage) you must notify the shipping company and Catalytic Converters Online immediately upon opening. Use this form to report concealed damage. Do not dispose of the packaging or shipping material, carton, etc. Prior authorization and, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required to return a part to us.

We offer commercial accounts for our wholesale dealer customers (repair shops or chains). If you wish to open an account please fill out our business account form to apply for a line of credit.
The catalytic converters and other parts we offer for sale are warranteed exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please click on and review the specific warranty for the specific part you are purchasing. Warranty claims are for parts only, and not the labor to replace them. Warranted parts will be exchanged for a replacement, and cannot be returned for credit or cash back. Neither Catalytic Converters Online nor the manufacturer of the catalytic converter will honor warranty requests due to abuse, neglect, damage from shipping or handling, improper installation, or physical damage/accidents. Review the warranty page for further details on the manufacturer warranties. Any and all claims of defective parts must be made through the part manufacturer.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number before returning. In order to obtain an RGA number, please complete and submit the Return Request Form with your order information, and the part number you wish to return, along with an explanation. Return requests will be accepted up to 14 days after the order date.
RGA numbers and return shipping instructions will be emailed in 6-7 business days after we receive the completed form. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number.
Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and all returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.
Returned products will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover our outbound shipping and handling costs. If you purchase a part to replace the one you are returning, we will usually waive the restocking charge if you let us know that. When the return is completed and credit issued, orders will be credited less restocking. This usually happens within approximately four weeks after the part is received.
All orders are processed electronically and sent to the manufacturing facility immediately after the order is confirmed by you during checkout. The opportunity for cancelling an order is very limited. Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.
